Attend our CLE programs. Tuition for all our of our CLEs is free with membership. Our CLEs include live in-person programs, web and telephone based programs, and A/V progams stored on this site.

Volunteer Your Time and Resources
- WDA is a membership organization that relies upon its members to create a statewide community dedicated to indigent defense.
- Volunteer opportunities include CLE planning, assistance with resources and technical assistance and involvement with our legislative action.
- Help create an up-to-date brief bank by contributing your work, which will be updated and added to the WDA brief bank.
Get Involved with the Legislative Process
- WDA maintains a presence with the Washington State Legislature and gives a voice to indigent defense on issues that effect our clients and our practice.
- Opportunities to get involved with this process include helping to draft the legislation that will go before the legislature and appearing at hearings on that legislation.
