Public mental health services in Washington are accessed through Regional Support Networks ("RSN's"). There are 14 RSN's in Washington which administer mental health services, both out-patient and in-patient for Medicaid eligible persons. Mental Health programs administered through the RSN's should provide case management services; psychiatric treatment including medication supervision; Counseling and psychotherapy services; Consumer employment services as defined in RCW 71.24.035 (5)(e); Day treatment services as defined in RCW 71.24.300(5) and 71.24.035(7).
