On April 8, 2002, Nancy Talner, Staff Attorney at the ACLU-WA, met with the WSP Records Section staff and their AAG to discuss the fact that the State Patrol records disseminated to the public still list convictions reversed or dismissed on appeal as convictions. Since this time WSP has worked with the courts to attempt to correct this problem.
