On Thursday, January 21, 2010, the Washington State Office of Public Defense (OPD) and the Clark County Office of Indigent Defense will sponsor a 3-hour no-cost continuing lawyer education (CLE) on Residential Drug Offender Sentencing Alternative (DOSA). The CLE will be held at the Clark County Public Service Center, located at 1300 Franklin St., 6th Floor, Commissioner’s Hearing Room.
The Department of Corrections (DOC) will be headlining the CLE. Presentations from defense and prosecution attorneys and the Clark County Drug Court Coordinator will follow DOC.
The CLE will run from 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm. Since the time is short, there will be no early registration; registration will be completed at the Clark County Public Service Center at the beginning of the CLE.
