Dr. Richard Harruff, King County Medical Examiner, will give a brief history of coroners and medical examiners in the US, WA, and King County. He will discuss the jurisdiction of the King County Medical Examiners Office, the purpose of death investigation, explain the process of death certification, provide a description of postmortem changes, and explain classification of injuries. This CLE is limited to 30 registrants. Directions will be emailed to all confirmed registrants. 2.0 general credits
