The Colorado Method of Voir Dire Selection was developed to help capital defenders select a jury that is more likely to impose a life sentence in a capital case.  The method has been applied to other less serious cases and has been successful in helping attorneys select jurors who can listen to and understand defenses to criminal charges.

This interactive training is about applying the Colorado method to all our cases and becoming better at jury selection.  The morning will be devoted to learning about the method and applying it to a specific problem.  In the afternoon, we will talk about a number of challenging issues and how to be successful in speaking to jurors about these many challenging problems. This is a full-day training and attendees must commit to being present for the entire training.

This training is open to all WDA members. To register, email wda@defensenet.org with the name of the training in the subject line.
