The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) seeks a full-time lawyer to investigate and prosecute allegations of ethical misconduct against lawyers. This position is a temporary, hourly ($30.55/hr - $39/hr depending on experience), non-benefit eligible assignment to last approximately 6 months. The ODC offers the opportunity to work in an environment where a commitment to ethics and professionalism is paramount. Qualified candidates must be licensed to practice law in Washington, have substantial trial experience and superb writing and analytical skills, and at least five years of experience in the active practice of law. Experience working with the Rules of Professional Conduct, and experience in criminal prosecution, and/or family law a plus.
