Receptionist/Legal Assistant
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Open and close office 8:30-5:00.
- Answer incoming calls (multiple lines), determine call purpose and route to employee.
- Welcome visitors
- Sort and distribute mail and faxes.
- Locate clients and create client files.
- Assist various attorneys with multiple administrative tasks.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Highly organized and very detail oriented.
- Two plus years experience as a receptionist and/or administrative assistant.
- Ability to handle multi-tasking and workflow disruptions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, Outlook) and the Internet.
- Professional appearance, style and work ethic.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and out-going personality.
- Flexible, as roles and responsibilities will evolve.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize among assignments; strong adherence to deadlines.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Attendance, punctuality and reliability are critical in this position.
We are seeking for persons locally to work 40 hours a week – Salary range $22,000 - $26,000 depending on experience. Benefits include Medical and Dental coverage.
