Who Is Eligible for An Account?

This website aims to provide the Washington state public defender with information and resources relevant to their practice. Anyone interested in the issues facing defenders and their clients are welcome to browse the public areas of this site. There are restricted areas of the site that can only be accessed by practicing public defender attorneys and their support professionals (investigators, social workers and paralegals.) There are also pages on this site only accessible to current WDA members. To apply for an account, you must be either currently practicing public defense (access to most pages) OR a current WDA member (access to all pages.)
