• CLE programs at no charge - including web-based streaming video CLEs.
• Publications
• Free Subscriptions to WDA publications -  including the quarterly Criminal Defense Magazine, the monthly DefenseNet Newsletter and the Weekly WDA E-Update. 
  
• Access to the WDA Members Only sections of the web page member.  This includes an expert bank, brief bank, many of our published resources, and access to over 50 hours of streaming video CLEs that can we watched on your computer for CLE credit.
• Resource Assistance
  
• WDA has experts available for consultation on felony and misdemeanor cases as well an immigration attorney and specialist to answer questions concerning representing non-citizen clients.  
• Legislative Advocacy
• WDA maintains a presence in Olympia to encourage the passage of legislation that will support its members and their clients.
• Join Us
• Anyone interested in the practice of public defense in Washington state is welcome to join WDA.  (Note: Individual currently performing prosecutorial or judical work are not able to join WDA.)
